Predator Engines
The Predator 212 engine is possibly the most popular go-kart engine on the market. Its power and affordability have made kart racing an accessible pastime for so many racers. Best of all, Predator engines work with almost any kart frame out there, allowing them to be bolted right in for easy installation. They are also easy to modify for added performance and are compatible with a range of other recreational vehicles, tools, and equipment. We carry both regular and hemi engines in addition to a variety of other go-kart motor options.
Predator motors come in a variety of different strengths and sizes, from 212cc all the way up to 420cc. These small engines blur the line between fun recreational yard karts and serious racing hardware. They provide a great choice for restoring an old kart or for new kart hobbyists who might want to start with something they can upgrade later. They are capable of reaching speeds of 20-35 mph based on the stock engine and can go even faster with the right performance parts.
