Basic Kit for Improving The Performance of 212 OHV Predators (Old Style)
Simple to install, you can expect significant performance increases with this kit. Produces approximately 10+ HP.
Stage 1 Hop-Up Kit Includes:
- Race/Open Air Filter & Adapter
- Choke Bracket
- Correct Jet for Application
- Upgraded Valve Springs (18 or 22lb)
- Valve Cover Gasket
- Choice of Small Fan or Aluminum Flywheel
- Optional Header/Exhaust
*Note: This kit will not fit Hemi Predator engines.
Filter should be sprayed with K&N type oil, especially in dirt applications. Oil is not included (
click here).
Pictures are for reference only. See description for actual content. Parts may be different from pictures, depending on which motor and options are selected. When selecting billet flywheel, the small fan and offset key are not included nor are they necessary. Head gasket is not included.
Aluminum or Honda flywheel recommended. Stock flywheels are prone to failure and are dangerous!
This kit is an NR Racing recommendation. Kit cannot be modified or changed. However, all parts are available individually if you would like to create your own customized kit. Just use the above contents as a guideline!
Warning: Optional header/pipe should be supported with a bracket or brace to either the frame or engine; otherwise, it may fracture or break.
